Share your checks & profile

5 min read

Your Worker Checks personal portal gives you full control over how and when you share your completed background checks and verified profile. You can share electronically with an employer or agency via a secure link, or download and print a PDF copy for your own records.

How to Share Your Checks and Profile #

There are two ways to share your completed checks and profile.

Option A e-Share via Secure Link
1

Log in to your Worker Checks personal portal at app.workerchecks.com.

2

Scroll down to the Access Management section on your dashboard.

3

Click Share your Check Profile (viewable for 14 days) to expand the sharing panel.

4

Enter the recipient’s first name, surname, and email address — for example, an employer, agency, or organisation.

5

Click Share. The recipient will receive an email with a secure access link — no file attachments required.

Time-limited accessEach link is encrypted and valid for 14 days only. Your result is delivered as a live verified link — not a file — so authenticity cannot be tampered with.
Option B Print or Download a PDF Copy
1

From the My Checks tab, locate your completed check.

2

Click Download Certificate (PDF).

3

Print or save the document for your records. Many employers accept a printed PDF alongside an electronic share for compliance purposes.

3-month access windowYour check is accessible in the portal for 3 months from the issue date, in line with ACIC data-retention rules. Download or share before that window closes.

2

How to Revoke Sharing #

If you need to withdraw access before the 14-day window expires, you can revoke sharing at any time from the Access Management section of your portal.

Locate the active share and remove it. Any previously issued links will become immediately inactive — the recipient will no longer be able to view your profile.

Each share request is logged for traceability and audit compliance. You remain in complete control of who can access your information at all times.

3

When to Share Your Checks #

You may be asked to share your Worker Checks profile in the following situations:

New job or contract application
NDIS or aged care onboarding
Labour-hire or staffing agency registration
Renewing compliance docs with an existing employer

4
