How do I get a police check?

Pay online #

Securely pay $52.00 by credit card through our encrypted payment gateway. You’ll receive an email confirming your order, with a link to sign up.

Sign up and click Action #

Create your CheckHub account using the same mobile number you used to pay. This links your order to your account. Then click the Action button next to your check.

Verify your identity on your phone #

You’ll see which ID you need: three documents, one from each group (see accepted ID). Click Start application and we’ll text a link to your phone. Then:

• take a selfie, which is matched to the photo on your ID
• photograph your first document live — the real card or passport
• photograph or upload your other two documents

Complete your details and submit #

You’ll go back to your application, with most details already filled in from your ID. Check them, then add:

• the reason for your check, including position title and employer
• any previous names and your addresses for the last 5 years

Review your answers, agree to the consent and submit.

Receive your result #

About 80% of results are returned within 1–3 minutes. The rest are reviewed manually and can take up to 30 days. We’ll notify you by email and SMS as soon as your result is ready.

From your CheckHub, you can download your certificate as a PDF or share it electronically with employers and agencies.
