Select three identity documents

Sa Prepare Your Documents section, click one document in each column — Primary ID, Secondary ID, at Supporting ID. Each selected document turns blue. If an option is greyed out with a USED label, it’s already selected elsewhere — choose a different one.

Tick all four confirmation boxes

Scroll to Final Confirmation and check all four boxes — including the parental consent box, even if you’re over 18.

Click “Start Application”

Once steps 1 and 2 are complete, the button turns solid blue. Clicking it sends an SMS to your mobile from VerifyID. Open the link on your phone — not your computer — to complete identity verification.
