  2. Click Download Certificate (PDF).
  3. You can then print or save the document for your records.

⚠️ Important:
Checks are only accessible in your portal for 3 months from the issue date, in line with ACIC data-retention rules.
Be sure to download or share your check before that time.

3️⃣ When to Share Your Checks #

You may need to share your Worker Checks profile when:

  • Applying for a new job or contract
  • Completing NDIS or aged-care onboarding
  • Registering with a labour-hire or staffing agency
  • Renewing compliance documentation with an existing employer

Each share request is logged for traceability and audit compliance.

4️⃣ Data Security & Privacy #

All Worker Checks documents are stored and shared via secure, on-shore Australian servers and are stored on the Worker Checks private blockchain.
Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest, ensuring compliance with ACIC, Home Affairs, and privacy legislation.

Only you control when and with whom your check is shared.
