I get a blank screen when I try to login ?

1 min read

If you see a blank or white screen when trying to log in to your Worker Checks account, the issue is usually caused by your browser storing outdated data or cookies.

This can happen when your browser cache contains old session information from a previous login.

Clearing your cache and cookies will usually fix the problem immediately.

🧹 How to Fix the Blank Login Screen #

Clear Cookies and Cache in Google Chrome #

  1. Open Google Chrome
  2. Click the three dots (⋮) in the top-right corner on desktop (or bottom-right on mobile)
  3. Select Settings → Privacy and Security
  4. Click Clear browsing data
  5. Make sure “Cookies and other site data” and “Cached images and files” are selected
  6. Click Clear data
  7. Close and reopen Chrome, then try logging in again at app.workerchecks.com

Other Browsers #

If you’re using Safari, Edge, Firefox, or another browser:

  • Go to your browser’s Settings → Privacy or Security section
  • Locate the Clear Browsing Data or Clear History and Website Data option
  • Delete cookies, cache, and site data
  • Restart the browser and log in again

💡 Additional Tips #

  • Try logging in using a private/incognito window
  • Make sure your browser is updated to the latest version
  • If the problem persists, try a different browser (e.g., Chrome, Edge, or Safari)
  • Disable any browser extensions that might block scripts or cookies
