How to Add Worker Checks to Your Existing WWCC (Victoria)

If you already hold a valid Working with Children Check (WWCC) in Victoria, you can add or remove organisations at any time through the Department of Justice and Community Safety (DJCS) portal.

To stay compliant, you must add Worker Checks Pty Ltd as a nominated organisation. This ensures that Worker Checks is automatically notified if your WWCC status changes — such as being suspended, cancelled, or renewed.

🧭 Step-by-Step: Add Worker Checks to Your WWCC #

1. Go to the official WWCC Victoria website:
   👉 Update Your WWCC Details (Vic Gov)
2. Enter your personal details — full name, date of birth, and WWCC number.
3. Choose “Update my details → Organisations.”
4. Click Add organisation.
5. Enter the following details exactly:
   • Organisation name: Worker Checks Pty Ltd
   • Email address: [email protected]
6. Add any relevant location or program details if requested.
7. Review and Save your changes.

Once saved, Worker Checks will appear in your WWCC record and will receive automatic notifications of any future status changes.

🗑️ Removing Worker Checks #

If you ever need to remove Worker Checks from your record:

1. Follow steps 1 – 4 above.
2. Select Worker Checks Pty Ltd.
3. Click Remove → Confirm.

During onboarding, please:

• Log in and add Worker Checks Pty Ltd immediately.
• Provide a screenshot or confirmation email as proof of nomination.

Once complete, record your:

• WWCC number
• Expiry date
• Proof of nomination (screenshot or email)
