Error During Application – How to Fix It #

First Step: Clear Your Browser Cookies and Cache #

If you experience an error or your application won’t load properly during the Worker Checks process, the first and easiest fix is to clear your browser cookies and cache.
This resolves most loading, timeout, or form-submission issues caused by stored session data.


🧹 How to Clear Cookies in Google Chrome #

  1. Open Chrome and click the three dots menu:
    • On desktop, it’s in the top-right corner.
    • On mobile, it’s in the bottom-right corner.
  2. Select Settings → Privacy and Security.
  3. Click “Clear Browsing Data.”
  4. Make sure “Cookies and other site data” is ticked.
  5. Click “Clear data.”

After clearing cookies, close and reopen Chrome before logging back into your Worker Checks portal.


🌐 Other Browsers #

The process is similar for Safari, Edge, Firefox, and Brave:
Open your browser’s settings, locate Privacy or History, then choose “Clear cookies and cache.”


If the Problem Persists #

If clearing cookies doesn’t fix the issue:

  • Try logging in using a different browser (e.g. Chrome, Edge, or Firefox).
  • Make sure your browser is up to date.
  • Check that pop-ups and JavaScript are enabled for workerchecks.com.
  • Disable any VPN or browser extensions that may interfere with login or payment processing.
