No — Worker Checks does not issue paper or mailed hard-copy certificates.
All Worker Checks certificates are digital, secure, and available instantly online once your background check is complete.

This ensures faster delivery, data security, and compliance with ACIC (Australian Criminal Intelligence Commission) requirements.

🖨️ Print Your Certificate (PDF Copy) #

You can easily print your digital certificate or save it as a PDF:

1. Log in to your Worker Checks portal.
2. Open your completed check.
3. Click the “View PDF” icon in the top-right corner of the certificate window.
4. Choose “Save as PDF” if you want to download a copy.

All Worker Checks certificates include an embedded validation feature, allowing employers and agencies to confirm authenticity.

🔗 E-Share Your Certificate Online #

You can also securely share your certificate electronically:

1. Click the “Share” icon located just to the right of the View PDF option.
2. Enter the email address of the organisation or employer you’d like to share it with.
3. The recipient will receive a secure verification link to view your certificate.

This method is preferred by most employers as it provides real-time validation directly from the Worker Checks system.
