What information do I need to provide for a National Criminal History Check ?

In order to obtain a Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check in Australia (also known as a National Police Check), you must provide the following details and identity documents.

– All names past & present – including maiden names, aliases or previous names,

– Birth date and birthplace details,

– gender information,

– 5 years of address history.

– 3 pieces of ID (see more on ID here)

To complete your 100% online police check with Worker Checks  you will need an email address and a mobile phone to register a Worker Checks account.

You will also require a credit card to pay for your check online.
