Start Your Worker Checks Application in a Few Simple Steps #
Once you’ve received your invitation or purchased your check, you can begin immediately through your Worker Checks personal portal.

🟦 1️⃣ Locate Your Pending Actions Table #
After logging in to your Worker Checks account, you’ll see a section titled “Pending Actions.”
This table lists all checks you’ve been invited to complete, including the check type and current status.
🖱️ 2️⃣ Click the “ACTION” Button #
Find your check in the table and click the “ACTION” button on the right-hand side.
This will open your application, where you’ll complete the following steps:
- Perform biometric Identity check on your mobile device
- Upload your identification documents
- Confirm your personal details
- Submit your check for processing
Once you start, progress is automatically saved so you can return at any time before submitting.
⚡ 3️⃣ Common Tip: Email and Mobile Must Match #
Make sure the email and mobile number you enter during registration are the same as those provided by your employer (or used at checkout).
If they differ, your check may not appear in the Pending Actions table — in that case, contact us via the chat icon or email [email protected] for linking assistance.
✅ 4️⃣ After Submission #
When you’ve submitted your check, it will move to the “Pending” tab while it’s being processed.
You’ll receive an email confirmation and can track progress anytime from your personal portal.
💡 Worker Checks Tip #
If you’re using a business invite, always begin your check from the original invitation email — it ensures your check is linked to your organisation’s dashboard automatically.
