If you paid using a फरक इमेल ठेगाना वा different mobile number तिमीले पहिले गरेको बाट create your CheckHub account, don’t worry — this is common and easily fixed by our team.

Why it happens #

Our system links your purchase to the email address and mobile number used at checkout. If you create or log in to your CheckHub with a different mobile number, the system can’t match your payment, so your check and the red एक्सन button won’t appear in your portal.

Haven’t created your CheckHub account yet? Register with the mobile number that went through at checkout — including an old number saved in Apple Pay or Google Pay — and your check will appear automatically.

Already registered and can’t see your check? इमेल [email protected] with:

• Your full name
• The mobile number and email address linked to your CheckHub account
• The mobile number and email used for payment, if you know them
• Roughly when you paid, and how (e.g. Apple Pay, Google Pay, card)

You can also call us on 1300 609 970 or use the chat on our website — our assistant will take your details and pass them straight to the team.

We’ll reply by email, usually within 90 minutes during business hours (9am–5pm, Monday to Friday), or the next business day if you contact us after hours.

What we’ll do #

• Link your payment and check to your correct CheckHub account
• Send a confirmation email to your registered account
• Make sure your check appears in your CheckHub, ready to start
