no es obligatorio un control NDIS?"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Cu\u00e1ndo no es obligatorio un control de antecedentes laborales NDIS<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">No todos los trabajadores o voluntarios que interact\u00faan con personas discapacitadas est\u00e1n legalmente obligados a poseer un certificado de discapacidad. <strong>NDIS Comprobaci\u00f3n de antecedentes laborales (NDIS Check)<\/strong>.<br>A continuaci\u00f3n se indica cu\u00e1ndo se realiza el control <strong>no obligatorio<\/strong>, y las responsabilidades que siguen correspondiendo a los empresarios y a los afiliados autogestionados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>NDIS Comprobaci\u00f3n no necesaria para:<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Individuos con contacto s\u00f3lo incidental<\/strong> con un participante en el NDIS (por ejemplo, personal de recepci\u00f3n, trabajadores de mantenimiento, limpiadores o personal de reparto que no prestan apoyo directo).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Personas que trabajan para un participante en NDIS autogestionado<\/strong> o un <strong>proveedor NDIS no registrado<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u26a0\ufe0f <strong>Importante:<\/strong><br>Mientras que un NDIS Check es <em>no obligatorio<\/em> en estas situaciones, <strong>empresarios, proveedores no registrados o participantes autogestionados<\/strong> a\u00fan puede optar por <strong>requieren una autorizaci\u00f3n de verificaci\u00f3n NDIS<\/strong> como formales<\/strong> con un <strong>proveedor registrado NDIS<\/strong> son <strong>exento<\/strong> de obtener un NDIS Compruebe si:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>La colocaci\u00f3n implica un <strong>funci\u00f3n de evaluaci\u00f3n de riesgos<\/strong>, <strong>y<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>El estudiante es <strong>supervisados directamente en todo momento<\/strong> por otro trabajador que <strong>ya es titular de una habilitaci\u00f3n v\u00e1lida NDIS Check<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De este modo se garantiza una supervisi\u00f3n adecuada al tiempo que se apoyan las oportunidades de aprendizaje de los estudiantes en los entornos registrados por NDIS.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Recomendaci\u00f3n de buenas pr\u00e1cticas<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Aunque no sea estrictamente necesario, Worker Checks recomienda a las organizaciones:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Mantener un <strong>registro claro<\/strong> de puestos de trabajo evaluados como <em>exento<\/em> en el marco de NDIS Check.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Considere la posibilidad de solicitar una autorizaci\u00f3n cuando los trabajadores tengan <strong>cualquier acceso potencial<\/strong> a los participantes, datos o registros de NDIS.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Aseg\u00farese <strong>disposiciones de supervisi\u00f3n<\/strong> se documentan para los estudiantes exentos o los trabajadores
